FORM 1 - STORAGE RENTAL

This form is applicable to exhibitors who requires storage. Kindly complete and submit this form on or before the deadline above.

Order/payment received after the deadlines are subject to an additional 20% surcharge. A 40% surcharge will be imposed for orders received onsite.

Note:

1. Available for all exhibitors and subject to availability, first-come-first-serve basis.
2. Storage is at exhibitor's own risk. The Organiser will not be held liable/responsible for any damages or losses.
3. Please ensure that your products are properly contained in a box and sealed to prevent any damage/loss.
4. Each company is limited to ONE storage only. NO sharing between companies are allowed.
5. All products will be thoroughly inspected by the Organiser before storage. The following items are not allowed in the storage; - Naked lights and lamps, or temporary gas, - Explosives, petrol, dangerous gases or highly inflammable substances & radioactive materials.
6. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse any use of the storage at their sole discretion.

Storage usage is as below:

20 July 2025, 1.00pm - 25 July 2025, 1.00pm (MITEC)
22 July 2025, 1.00pm - 27 July 2025, 1.00pm (KLCC)

The exhibitor concerned shall bear all bank charges, taxes or levy (if any). According to new Malaysia government ruling, the Sales and Service Tax (SST) will revised from 6% to 8% effective on 1st March 2024.
