FORM 2 - FURNITURE & ELECTRICAL ORDER

This form is applicable to exhibitors who need furniture(s) and electrical order(s). Kindly complete and submit this form on or before the deadline above.
Order/payment received after the deadlines are subject to an additional 20% surcharge except for lighting connections. A 40% surcharge will be imposed for orders received onsite.
Note:
Every 9m² of standard structure booth includes one (1) unit of information counter, two (2) units of folding chairs, one (1) set of company name on panel fascia board, one (1) unit of wastepaper basket, single needle-punch carpet in booth area, two (2) units of LED spotlights (9 Watts) and one (1) unit of 13amp power point.
The exhibitor concerned shall bear all bank charges, taxes or levy (if any). According to new Malaysia government ruling, the Sales and Service Tax will increase from 6% to 8% effective on 1st March 2024.
